On my way back to the car from the Tucson Firefighters Chili Cook-off I passed this building. I took this image because of the colors and the little black cactus on the pink door.
Manning House is one of the oldest mansions in Tucson. It serves as one of the premier meeting places in Tucson.
When I saw the stone work on this old bank building it really caught my eye. It seemed sad to me that this grand building was now a nail salon. But for the salon owner, it has to be quite the story to tell of what their shop looks like
Appropriate that these buildings perched on a hillside would be in Clifton, AZ. I’m not sure I would want to walk around in any of these old mining structures.
I wish I could take credit for this being straight and lined up nicely. But the truth is I was driving and pointed the camera out the window and snapped as I went under. I had no idea what I was getting if anything at all. But I like it. Serendipity is a neat thing.
