The Train in the Park
Globe, AZ is an interesting blend of the new and the old. Broad street is where the old center of town with many buildings going back to the turn of the century are still standing. The old Bank is now a nail salon. Number 1774 no longer roars across Arizona on the tracks that hauled ore from the mines. Now 1774 sits in the park just off Broad Street by the City municipal building.
