Hybiscus Hybrid
Taken at the Des Moines, Iowa Botanical Center gardens. We have hybiscus in the desert Southwest, but not this variety. The shape of the petals and color as unique.

I have a friend that has the belief I’m color challenged. That would indeed be a problem as a photographer. Unless it was the world of black and white, which I don’t explore much these days. She often will label the color of objects for me.
