Very intense storms can come up quickly as they move over the Catalina Mountains.
Newer: Trolley in Tucson
The 4th Ave. Underpass which has been closed for years reopened this past week. This is good news for all. It is the connection between the Campus part of town and Downtown. Closed for years it is now open and traffic is moving again.
