Yes It is a Weed, by HOA Standards
I can only grow these in the back yard, they are a weed by HOA Standards. It is widely reported that the word “Weed” is over used. Unless it is defined as “Any plant growing where you don’t want it to”. That makes it a flower to me and a Weed to the HOA. I don’t think HOA’s enjoy life very much.
